Have you ever wondered how a booklet goes from flat sheets to a completed booklet?
We had the guys slow the machine down to try and show how it's done.
At full speed our booklet maker can collate, staple, fold and trim 1000 booklets an hour!

Here's a look at one of our more interesting machines in the factory. It cuts to shape, punches and creases all at the same time.
Our A2 Heidelberg cylinder was originally built in Germany in 1962 and weighs a little over 5 tons. With no computers to help, it relies entirely on our operators skill and experience to set it up correctly. Our operator Dennis has been doing it for 52 years, safe to say your printing is in good hands!
